    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided the following conditions are met:

    • The item has not been used or installed.

    • The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all included components (thermostat, fan units, cords, and accessories).

    • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

    Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
